Máme za sebou zásadní okamžik projektu TRIO Radotín! Dne 21. května proběhlo poklepání na základní kámen za účasti náměstka primátora hl. m. Prahy doc. Ing. arch. Petra Hlaváčka, starosty MČ Praha 16 Mgr. Karla Hanzlíka a zástupců developera, městské části a dodavatelů. 

We are very pleased to announce the completion of the excavation work and the archaeological survey. Thanks to favorable weather conditions and the absence of significant archaeological finds, we’re ahead of the planned schedule. Construction work will continue in March.

Construction work on the TRIO Radotín project has officially started. Once the building permit is legally valid, construction proceeds according to a set schedule. Over the next two years, a modern residential complex will be built here, which will become part of the new centre of Radotín.
