The TRIO Radotín residential project is located in the center of the Prague district of Prague 16 - Radotín, in the southwestern part of Prague near the Berounka River. The advantage of the location is the accessibility of nature and a fast train connection to the city center. The journey from Radotín to Smíchov takes approximately 10 minutes and to Prague Main Station approximately 18 minutes. The location is also easily accessible by car.

The TRIO Radotín project includes a total of 205 apartments with layouts from 1+kk to 5+kk. The smallest apartments have a floor area of ​​25.6 m², the largest reach up to 118.7 m². The offer includes smaller apartments for individuals or couples, 2+kk and 3+kk apartments, as well as spacious 4+kk and 5+kk family apartments. Currently offered 1+kk apartments start at CZK 6,447,055. 2+kk and 3+kk apartments are available from CZK 8,426,256, and prices for 4+kk and 5+kk apartments start from CZK 15,905,847. Yes. A total of 14 commercial units will be created on the ground floor of the TRIO Radotín project. Twelve spaces are intended for shops, services or establishments, and two spaces are designed for gastronomic operations. The commercial units will complement the offer of services directly in the new part of the center of Radotín.

The developer of the TRIO Radotín project is the company Doma je Doma s.r.o. The company focuses on residential construction and the transformation of unused urban areas and brownfields in a new district connecting housing, services and public space.
