Price advantage of up to CZK 500,000 on selected TRIO Radotín apartments

From 1 September 2026, selected 3+kk to 5+kk apartments at TRIO Radotín are available with a price advantage of up to CZK 500,000.

The amount of the price advantage depends on the apartment layout:

3+kk – CZK 300,000
4+kk – CZK 400,000
5+kk – CZK 500,000

The offer applies only to selected available units marked as included in this offer in the project’s current price list. The price advantage does not apply to two smaller 3+kk apartments, A2.01 and A6.01.

How the price advantage is determined

For apartments included in the offer, the price list shows both the original price and the new price after the price advantage has been applied.

The original price corresponds to the lowest published price of the respective unit during 2026 prior to the launch of this offer.

The new price shown in the price list already reflects the applicable price advantage based on the apartment layout.

Validity and other terms of the offer

The offer is valid from 1 September 2026 until further notice. It applies only to selected units that remain available at the time the purchase is agreed and that are included in the offer. The developer reserves the right to amend the terms of the offer, remove individual units from the offer, or terminate the offer at any time, particularly in view of current unit availability and the level of interest and demand for the apartments included in the offer. The price advantage cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other individual price or commercial incentives unless expressly stated otherwise by the developer. The current price and terms stated in the project’s price list, and subsequently in the relevant contractual documentation, shall always prevail.
